We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Project Turnaround Policy

When projects are returned to the client for review, it is essential that any requested edits or updates are submitted within 72 hours. This timeline allows us to maintain an efficient workflow and ensures your project is completed in a timely manner. Timely feedback helps us stay aligned with your vision while avoiding unnecessary delays that could impact both your project and our ability to manage other client deadlines.

If a project remains incomplete due to delayed client responses, we will require an additional completion fee starting at $125 to resume and finalize the work. This fee accounts for the additional time and resources needed to revisit and re-prioritize your project within our current schedule.

Additionally, all projects prior to December 1st, 2024, are considered to have passed the allotted time for edits and revisions. Clients are encouraged to check their email regularly, as email is our formal and primary method of communication. Please note that sending extra reminders via text message is not part of our policy and is not considered an effective or guaranteed form of communication. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure the smooth completion of your project.

Invoice Estimate & Sale Price Policy
At Jus Honna Business Blooming Boutique, we strive to provide fair and transparent pricing for all our services, including sales and special promotions. To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients, the following policy applies:

Invoice Estimates Expiration:

Once a client consults with Honna about service inquiries and sends an invoice estimate, the estimate is valid until 5 PM the next day. After this time, the estimate is voided, and the client must request a new invoice.


Sale Slots and Availability

Sale prices and promotional service slots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Holding a spot for a potential client without securing it through a deposit is considered unethical, as it may prevent other clients from accessing the opportunity.


Deposit Secures the Deal

A deposit is required to secure the service, spot, and sale price. Without a deposit, the service slot will remain available for other clients.

Late Invoice Payment Policy
All retainer invoices must be paid during the time mentioned on the invoice, no later than Friday at 12 PM EST. As a small business owner myself, I understand that life happens, and there may be times when invoices are not paid on time. If you anticipate a delay in payment, I kindly ask that you reach out as soon as possible so arrangements can be made to manage my personal obligations and financial affairs. Merchandise Return or Exchange Policy
We offer merchandise returns or exchanges within five days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact us at Honna Anderson - Honna@jus-honna.com to initiate a return or exchange.

Refund Policy
At Jus Honna Business Blooming Boutique, once a project has been approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions included in their project. After these revisions have been used, the project will proceed to completion.
